• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / B.Tech Degree या समकक्ष डिग्री निम्न शाखाओं में होनी चाहिए :
✔ Telecommunications Engineering
✔ Electronics Engineering
✔ Radio Engineering
✔ Computer Engineering
✔ Electrical Engineering
✔ Information Technology (IT)
✔ Instrumentation Engineering
या
• M.Sc. in Electronics
• M.Sc. in Computer Science
डिग्री किसी मान्यता प्राप्त Central / State Government Approved Institution या University से होनी चाहिए।
