- Scientist / Engineer SC (M.Tech): M.E / M.Tech in relevant discipline with minimum 60% marks (Pre-requisite: B.E / B.Tech with 65% marks)
- Salary: SC – ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500 | SD – ₹67,100 – ₹2,08,700
