SSC CGL Online Form 2026 

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially released the notification for the SSC Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Recruitment 2026 on its official website. Through this recruitment drive, SSC will fill a total of 12,256 vacancies in various departments and ministries under the Government of India.

The online application process has started from 21 May 2026 and interested candidates can submit their application form till 22 June 2026. Candidates having a Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized university are eligible to apply for various SSC CGL posts. Before applying online, candidates are advised to read the complete notification carefully regarding eligibility, age limit, exam pattern, syllabus, selection process, and other important details.

📌 SSC CGL Recruitment 2026 : Short Details

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has invited online applications for the Combined Graduate Level Examination 2026. This examination is conducted every year to recruit candidates for prestigious Group “B” and Group “C” posts in various ministries, departments, and government organizations.

A total of 12,256 vacancies have been announced under this recruitment. Candidates selected through SSC CGL can get postings in departments like Income Tax, CBI, Excise, Auditor, Accountant, Assistant Section Officer, Inspector, Statistical Officer, and many other government posts.

Candidates who are preparing for government jobs after graduation can consider this one of the biggest opportunities of 2026. The Tier-I Examination is expected to be conducted in August – September 2026.

Age relaxation for reserved categories such as SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen will be applicable as per SSC CGL Recruitment Rules and Government norms.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

For All Other Posts :
Candidates must have completed their Graduation / Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized university or institution.

For Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) :
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 60% marks in Mathematics at 12th level OR Graduation Degree with Statistics as one of the subjects.

Candidates are strongly advised to read the official notification carefully before submitting the online application form.

Tier-II : Final Merit Stage

If the examination is conducted in multiple shifts, SSC will use normalization for score calculation.
